Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Custom and school orders may require additional time.

Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom items, all custom orders are final.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted on non-custom items only. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Shipping & Pickup
Orders are shipped via USPS. Local pickup may be available when noted at checkout.
